Our innovative A La Carte menu offers a great deal of choice, utilising only the freshest of produce. Whilst we specialise in seafood, we are pleased to offer options to suit all diners. Our Fishmarket Selection is updated each night and lists the daily catch — each of which may be prepared to your preference: plain grilled (GF), beer-batter fried (egg & dairy free), breadcrumb fried, grilled with Moroccan Spice (GF) or grilled with Szechuan pepper spice (GF). Together with our extensive drinks list and delicious desserts, we are pleased to offer a truly unique dining experience in the heart of Hobart’s historic waterfront.

Beverages
We offer an extensive drinks list with a strong focus on premium Tasmanian wines, beers and spirits. In particular, we have a fantastic selection of some of Tasmania’s finest gins and whiskies. We also offer an exciting cocktail list but our bar team are always happy to accommodate all requests! Our beverages are offered on a consumption basis but we can offer a drinks package on request or manage to a pre-determined budget.
